Home Service Discounts (“Home Service Discounts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates HomeServiceDiscounts.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit the Site, claim an offer, or receive our email and text (SMS) messages. By using the Site or submitting your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Home Service Discounts is a marketing service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party home service providers (“Service Providers”). We do not perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, water heater, or any other home services ourselves.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, phone number (including mobile number), email address, service address, ZIP code, the service you need, details about your home or project, your answers to qualification questions, and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring links, the date and time of visits, and information collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from others: we may receive contact information from business partners or from lists where you agreed to be contacted, and information about how you interact with our emails and texts (for example, opens, clicks, and replies).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process your request for an offer and match you with a Service Provider in your area;
  • To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message;
  • To send you marketing emails and text messages about offers and discounts, where you have given consent;
  • To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and our services;
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

With Service Providers: when you claim an offer or request a service, we share your request details and contact information with one or more Service Providers so they can contact you and provide the service. Service Providers are independent businesses, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices.

With vendors who work for us: such as website hosting, form, CRM, email, SMS, and analytics providers, only as needed to provide their services to us.

For legal reasons: to comply with law, legal process, or a government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the vendors that help us deliver our text messages (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers).

If you consent to receive text messages from Home Service Discounts, you may receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages about offers and your requests. 6. Email Marketing

If you give us your email address, we may send you emails about offers and discounts. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are processed within 10 business days. We may still send you messages about a request you have made.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure traffic, and measure and improve our advertising (for example, Google and Meta tools). You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; the Site does not currently respond to them.

8. Your Choices and Rights

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
  • Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

9. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, or as required by law, including records of your consent and opt-out requests. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. International Users

Home Service Discounts is based in Saint Kitts and Nevis, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in those countries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
